All payments made for business listings, promotions, or featured placements on places.et are non-refundable once the service has been published or activated.

However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error.

• Technical issues caused by places.et that prevent your listing or promotion from being displayed properly.

Refund requests for such cases must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Active or completed advertising campaigns.

• Featured or premium business listings once published.

• Subscription or visibility plans already in use.
